As a Legal Associate, you will support the firm's attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case materials. You will interact directly with clients to gather information and ensure their needs are met. The role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, excellent communication skills, and a meticulous approach to documentation. You will also assist with court filings and liaise with external stakeholders. Job responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on case law and statutes.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
Prepare case files for court proceedings and hearings.
Maintain communication with clients regarding case updates.
Collaborate with attorneys on case strategies and development.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
1–3 years of experience in legal practice or a related role.
Strong legal writing and research skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
