Job responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.

  • Handle correspondence via phone, email, and mail.

  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.

  • Assist in organizing team events and training sessions.

  • Support project coordination and tracking.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

  • 2+ years of administrative or office management experience.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
