You’ll be the backbone of the firm, ensuring smooth communication and streamlined processes.
Job responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
Handle correspondence via phone, email, and mail.
Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
Assist in organizing team events and training sessions.
Support project coordination and tracking.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
2+ years of administrative or office management experience.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
